Terms of Service
By buying from me, you are agreeing to the following terms
(Rules suck, I know! I do try to be reasonable, though!)
General
- Please be patient ! I'm a very SLOW artist mostly due to personal issues. Deadlines are okay, but not advised.
- We're adults here, not children. Don't beg for free art or free commissions.
-Artists are not robots, We have feelings too. Treat us how you want to be treated.
- Don't rush me to get art done. Srsly. Reminders every few days are alright, but consistent bothering will only push you down further on the queue.

Payment
- Payment must be received within 24 hours of me accepting your order. If payment is not received, your order is then cancelled.
- I take payment upfront, unless otherwise agreed upon.
- I only accept USD via paypal, but is not the only payment option. Payments must be sent as goods and services with no shipping. Please also attach your name/ID and your commission type in the notes.
- If paying with a different currency, It is in your hands to do the conversion!

- I do not offer refunds unless I am unable to complete your order.
- You may request a refund BEFORE I send you the first progress shot. Meaning, request the refund before I finish the sketch if you need to!
- YCH commissions do not have progress shots and are NEVER eligible for refund or do-overs. You paid for the sketch to be finished.

Edits
- You are limited to 3 changes after the final product.
- Sketch edits are limited to 3 changes.
- You have 12 hours after completion to get back to me about edits.
- If you purchase a Custom design, and do not like it, Only I may resell it or keep it for personal use. I will create a new design FOR YOU, however, with the requested palette.
I have the right to reject your commission
for whatever reason I see fit.
Failure to follow these terms can lead to being placed on the blackist.
Failure to follow these terms can get your designs/art taken away.
Art Rules
- ONLY YOU, THE COMMISSIONER, have the right to repost my work. Giving credit is a REQUIREMENT.
- Do NOT edit my art under any circumstance.
- I specialize in feral/anthro (Furry) dogs. (big and domestic) and some rodents. Contact me for anything else! Things I have not done before, or have little experience in may have extra charge. (humans, are a good example)
- I DO create NSFW (Not safe for work) Art. I will NOT do the following fetishes/kinks...
- Baby Fur, Age Play, Pony play, Watersports, General Scat, Vore, Rape *
- GORE / Blood is OK in moderation.
- Most cases of bondage are OK.
- General adult themes ARE okay! (drugs/guns/etc.)
- I will not do anything that is Racially Offensive or Religiously offensive.
Design rules
-If you purchase a design from me, you are free to do MINOR changes. Such as accessories (Earrings, snakebites, hair, eyes, etc.) Species (Cat to dog, for example). MAJOR changes must be requested and accepted so I know what is being done with the design.
- Please give credit on each new or old reference of a character.
- Please do not resell my designs for more than you paid for, I can't control what you do with them, but this is a preference of mine.
